Check in this order
Find the transaction hash
The withdrawal entry in the app links to the on-chain transaction. The explorer state — pending, confirmed, failed — tells you which problem you actually have.
Confirm the destination network
Your wallet must be viewing the same network the withdrawal used. A correct withdrawal is invisible if you are looking at the wrong chain.
Allow for finality windows
Withdrawals include security delays by design. Minutes of waiting is normal; check current expected times in the docs.
Then seek help — through official channels only
Anyone who DMs you first offering support is a scammer, with essentially no exceptions.
